The feedback and comments on this page are genuine. We do not edit. We do not spice it up. We don't even change the spelling, font size or type. The only change is that we will not publish the full name of our customers for obvious security reasons and privacy protection. Just a quick thanks and "well done" to the team.
I just received my order and even though I only live over at Tewantin, it did arrive super quick (overnight) and the price was excellent. It's great to see a local online business handling it's affairs with such efficiency and professionalism. The associated email updates are informative and keep the customer in touch with the order process.

I just wanted to comment on your excellent service. I placed my order on Wednesday night and received it this morning (Fri). I'm shocked but very appreciative of the prompt service. Quite impressed with the delivery fee also. Will definately be back.

Just got the new Squeaky Jack toy. my girl loves it so much she doesnt want to share with the other 2 and is sitting on it so they cant get it. Funny thing is every time she sits on it, it sqeaks. Thank you vetshop for a toy that no only amuses my dog but also me

I just wanted to send a quick thank you for making the prices cheaper than the vets.
I have saved around $40 on my flea and worming.
It was very easy to order and check out and the products really easy to find.

Thankyou so much I received my Advantix today, and my son on Macleay Island in Redland Bay received his Cat Advantage to day also. That is amazing! what great service Wow I am very impressed. I used to use another website for my dog flea/tick treatment which charged $1.00 less than you do, however their postage and package was $2 extra so your site is cheaper and better service
