I write to complement you on your staff. The lady who helped me on the phone was polite and helpful and not only knew your products, but also where Kenmore was! A pleasant change from outsourced call centres who know nothing about the products they sell or even the country the customers come from.

Hi, Just wanted to say how happy  am with your service, Your
worming/flee products are so much cheeper then in the pet stores, I
can purchase treatments from you for both my cat and dog for the same
price as just one product in store. Your p&h cost are excellent to and
 I recieved my package with in two days of ordering. Thanks

 Thankyou so much I received my Advantix today, and my son on Macleay Island in Redland Bay received his Cat Advantage to day also. That is amazing! what great service  Wow  I am very impressed.  I used to use another website for my dog flea/tick treatment which charged $1.00 less than you do, however their postage and package was $2 extra so your site is cheaper and better service

got the package yesterday - thank you so much for that!  No matter about not having
the original package - it's pretty silly of Australia Post to think that anyone
would keep something like that.  It would help if they did their job properly!!!
