Felex Plus Allwormer Paste for Cats Description
Felex Plus Allwormer Paste for Cats is a paste for the control of gastrointestinal worms in kittens and cats including roundworm, hookworm and tapeworm.
Directions for Use
Weigh cats before treatment. Cats should be dosed according to bodyweight. Felex Plus Allwormer Paste is given as a single dose by mouth or alternatively mixed in food. One Felex Plus Allwormer Paste treats up to 4 kg in weight. Cats and kittens 2 kg and under should be given ½ paste, cats 2 – 4 kg should be given 1 paste and cats over 4 kg should be given 1 paste per 4 kg of bodyweight.
A common regime for treatment is to worm kittens every 2 weeks from 2 weeks of age until 12 weeks, monthly from 3 months until 6 months then every 3 months as an adult cat. These recommendations are of a general nature. In specific instances where infestation is particularly heavy or many cats are housed together, a veterinarian should be consulted.
Do not use in kittens under 2 weeks of age. This medication should not be used in animals allergic to it. In case of overdose contact your veterinarian. While rare, symptoms of overdose may include vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhoea and salivation.
