Most of our products are between 20 and 40 percent less than the recommended retail price and we charge just $5.95 for postage, handling and FULL insurance for each order delivered anywhere in Australia, no matter how large your order (orders delivered outside Australia are charged a flat shipping fee of $15.95). So the more you order, the more you save!

Prompt Shipment: We guarantee prompt delivery. Your order will be filled within 2 working days whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control, we can't dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements or, if you prefer, give you a refund. In Australia you should allow between 1 to 2 weeks for delivery although many of our customers receive their order in just a few days.

Hassle Free Refund or Replacement : If for any reason you are not happy with any products(excluding stock marked as clearance) you order when you receive them, tell us why and then just return it unopened in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. Please note, stock marked "clearance" cannot be returned or replaced.
