Pick Up (Sunshine Coast Only)
VetShopAustralia now offers a pick up option from its warehouse at Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
If you live on or are visiting the Sunshine Coast, you can now save even more by collecting your discount pet products at our warehouse at Forest Glen.
There is NO postage or handling charge for orders which are collected at our warehouse (thats an additional saving of $4.95!).
If you want to use the "pick up" feature, simply phone your order through to our call centre on 1300 VETSHOP
(1 300 838 7467) and your order will be available for collection later the same day.
Please note:
- You can drop in without phoning first, but we do recommend you call first as you'll save yourself about 15 minutes of waiting by ringing through your order at least 1 hour before you want to collect it.
- Orders may only be collected at our warehouse at Unit 5, 42 Owen Creek Rd, Forest Glen, Q 4556 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Orders can be paid for by Visa or Mastercard at the time you ring your order through (recommended), or by cash or Visa and Mastercard when you collect it. Please note, we do not accept cheques, eftpos, bpay or American Express for "pick up" orders.
- Our warehouse is a collection facility only. We do not have a show room you can browse and our vets and animal health professionals may not be available for questions.
