Ordering from VetShopAustralia is safe and simple.
To Order Online
1. Select the products you wish to purchase from our online store.
Hint: make sure you have “cookies” enabled on your computer. Click here to find out how. Make sure you add www.VetShopAustralia.com.au as a trusted site once cookies are enabled.
2. When you have finished shopping, click on “Checkout”.
3. If you are an existing customer, login using your email address and password. If you’re a new customer, by following our easy sign up process (it will take less than 2 minutes to sign up, and all your details are kept private in accordance with our detailed Privacy Policy).
4. Confirm or update your delivery address details.
5. Select a payment method. For your convenience we offer the following payment methods:
- pay by credit card online using our secure server
- fax or phone your credit card details to us
- pay with pBay or PayPal
- post us a cheque or postal order.
6. If you have a coupon or discount code, insert it in the relevant place.
7. Don’t forget to click on the blue “Confirm your Order” button at the end of the order process to ensure your order is fully processed.
8. If you’ve chosen to pay online using your credit card, complete your card details and click the “Process Order using eWay” button just once. Paying by credit card online is safe and secure with payment processing provided by eWay and St George Bank.
9. If you have chosen to phone, fax or post in your order, don’t forget to include your Order number (it’s on the order confirmation email you’ll receive a few minutes after you confirm your order). Orders placed using these methods will not be dispatched until payment is received.

10. If you have chosen to pay using bPay contact your bank or financial institution and follow their instructions. You’ll need our biller code and your order reference number (they are on the order confirmation email you’ll receive a few minutes after you confirm your order). Orders placed using bPay will not be dispatched until payment is received.
To Order by phone
To order by phone you can either:
1. follow the process in points 1 to 5 above, select “Pay by phone” and call us with your credit card details once you have confirmed your order; or
2. simply call us on 1300 VETSHOP and we’ll help you through the entire order process.
