Most of our products are between 20 and 40 percent less than the recommended retail price and we charge just $4.95 for postage, handling and FULL insurance for each order, no matter how large your order. So the more you order, the more you save!

Prompt Delivery: We guarantee prompt delivery. Your order will be filled within 2 working days whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control, we can't dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements or, if you prefer, give you a refund. In Australia you should allow between 1 to 2 weeks for delivery although many of our customers receive their order in just a few days.

We will Refund or Replace: If for any reason you are not happy with your order when you receive it, tell us why and then just return it (unopened in the original packaging) for a replacement or refund.

Security: You can shop for your pet supplies at our secure online store 24 hours a day using your credit card, Paypal or BPay.
