How to Order Online

Step 1. Select the product you wish to buy by searching or browsing the product categories and placing it in your shopping cart.

Step 2. Click checkout and follow the easy step by step process.

Step 3. If you are a returning customer, sign into your account using your email account and password. If you're a new customer, complete the simple "new account sign up" process (you can login or sign up either before or during the checkout process).

Step 4. You can pay online using your Visa or Mastercard or if you prefer, select "Paypal" to pay using your Paypal account or Amex or Discover Card.

How to Order by Phone

Simply call one of our customer care specialists on 1-300 VETSHOP
(9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday EST) for only the cost of a local call and they will be pleased to place your order for you.

To make the process of ordering by phone even faster, if you wish, you can place your order online and then call us with your credit card details as follows:

Step 2. Click checkout and follow the easy step by step process.

Step 3. If you are a returning customer, sign into your account using your email account and password. If you're a new customer, complete the simple "new account sign up" process( you can login or sign up either before or during the checkout process).

Step 4. During the checkout process, select the "Pay by Phone" option - complete your order and then call us on 1-300 VETSHOP with your Visa or Mastercard details. (Please note, due to  technical reasons our call centre cannot process payments using Paypal, Amex or Discover).

Paying with bPay

Step 1. Select the product you wish to buy by searching or browsing the product categories and placing it in your shopping cart.

Step 2. Click checkout and follow the easy step by step process.

Step 3. If you are a returning customer, sign into your account using your email account and password. If you're a new customer, complete the simple "new account sign up" process (you can login or sign up either before or during the checkout process).

Step 4. During the checkout process, select "bPay" as the payment option. When you have finished placing your order, you will see a receipt page, which includes our bPay code and your customer reference number. You will also receive an email confirming your order with the bPay code and customer reference number.

Step 5. Contact your bank or financial institution by phone or online to make the bPay payment. Remember, you will need the  bPay code and customer reference number so keep it handy.
