HI, MY NAME IS

PORKCHOPS

G'day everyone, I'm Porkchops and I'm a 4.5 year old British Bulldog from the Gold Coast.

You might already recognise me because I'm one of the famous surfing dogs that competes in the Surfing Dog Championships every year at Noosa.

I've been surfing since I was 1 with my owner Sam. A typical day for me looks something like this. 7am get out of bed. 7:15am walkies on the beach and play time with my brother Dia (a Belgian Malinois). 7:45am means breakfast time then at 8am Sam and I head off to work.

My owner and I run 'Go Ride A Wave', a surf shop located at the beach end of Cavill Mall in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. My job is pretty important. I sit on the counter all day greeting customers and pose for about 50 photos. In between all this work I manage to squeeze in a couple of naps and then before I know it, it's 4pm and time to head home.

At 6pm we have dinner and at 8pm it's time for my evening walk. I always make sure we stop by the park because I love riding the slide and will go up and down about 25 times before Sam says we have to go home and go to bed.
