What is the active ingredient in Bravecto Plus?

Both Bravecto’ and Bravecto Plus’ active ingredient list contains Fluralaner, a potent agent against fleas and paralysing ticks. But Bravecto Plus contains an additional active ingredient, Moxidectin. This drug prevents and controls parasitic worms, such as heartworms, lungworms and intestinal worms.

• Hold the pipette upright, and twist the cap to break the seal.
• Part the fur on the back of your cat's neck, between the shoulder blades, until the skin is visible.
• Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze it gently to empty the contents directly onto the skin. It's important to apply the solution on the skin, not on the fur.
• Make sure to empty the entire contents of the pipette in one spot.
• Avoid touching the treated area until it's dry.
• Wash your hands thoroughly after application.
• Remember to apply Bravecto Plus as directed by your veterinarian, typically every 2 months, for effective flea and tick control, as well as prevention of heartworm disease in cats.
