Terms & Conditions

1. Only dog and cat owners aged 18 years and over, residing in Australia are eligible for entry to VetShopAustralia’s More Than A Pet competition #mtpaustralia.
2. The promoter of the competition is VetShopAustralia Pty Ltd ABN 93 106 944 030 residing at Unit 5 / 42 Owen Creek Road.
3. The competition is applicable to people who complete the More Than A Pet competition form (https://www.vetshopaustralia.com.au/more-than-a-pet) by uploading a photo or video of their dog or cat and telling us in 25 words or less why their dog or cat is More Than A Pet, during the promotional period (see clause 9).
4. The major prize is one year's supply of dry Royal Canin Dog Food for one dog (as determined by the promoter) to a maximum value of $1500 (based off feeding a 25kg dog for 1 year).
   – Quantity, food formula and pack size will be calculated by the promoter according to the manufacturer’s recommended diet for either small, medium or large-sized dog as notified by the winner
   – At the winner’s election, the Dog Food can be delivered in one delivery or across the span of 12 months (maximum 6 deliveries) to a single Australia delivery address within the Australia Post delivery network
   – VetShopAustralia will contact the winner directly to discuss the appropriate Royal Canin pet food formula for their pet.
   – The pet food formula provided by Royal Canin is relevant for Royal Canin dry products only from the following ranges:
   • Royal Canin Vet Care
   • Royal Canin Breed Health Nutrition
   • Royal Canin Health Nutrition
5. 2nd prize will be a $250 VetShopAustralia gift card valid until September 2021. Gift card code must be quoted at checkout and must be used on a single purchase and can not be used in conjunction with another VetShopAustralia coupon code.
6. 3rd prize will be a $100 VetShopAustralia gift card valid until September 2021. Gift card code must be quoted at checkout and must be used on a single purchase and can not be used in conjunction with another VetShopAustralia coupon code.
7. The total prize pool is valued at $1850.
8. Winners will be picked at random and announced on VetShopAustralia’s Facebook Page.
9. Only social media entries submitted on VetShopAustralia’s Instagram and Facebook accounts and entries via #mtpaustralia landing page on VetShopAustralia’s website (https://www.vetshopaustralia.com.au/more-than-a-pet) between 8th June 2020 - 7th September 2020 and which otherwise comply with these terms and conditions are eligible for selection. 
10. The promoter may exclude any entry or group of entries at its discretion if it forms the view that such entries are not bona fide entries or that any cheating, fraud, sharp, dishonest or socially unacceptable practice was involved in such entries or for any other reason as the promoter sees fit.
11. Winners of the above mentioned competition will be notified via their social media accounts or collected email address (whichever available) within 30 days of the draw & the winner(s) will receive the prize within 60 days of announcement. In the event that VetShopAustralia is unable to contact the winner within 30 days to the notification of his/her winning(s), such winning entrant(s) shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her claim to the prize(s) and VetShopAustralia shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant(s) in any way.
12. Prizes are not transferable, refundable nor exchangeable for cash or prizes of other value, unless stipulated by VetShopAustralia.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
14. VetShopAustralia is not responsible for any failure or delay in the conduct of the promotion whatsoever for any reason outside its reasonable control including technological or delivery failure or disruption.
15. VetShopAustralia reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.
16. By entering VetShopAustralia’s More Than A Pet competition #mtpaustralia the entrant:
1. Consents to their name being made publicly available on the Promoter's Facebook, Instagram and website pages
2. Warrants that it has all legal and moral rights to the information it provides to the promoter (including the right to share any photo, video or other media it provides as part of its entry)
3. By entering the Competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use personal information collected to conduct the promotion, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference.

The Promoter will hold an entrants’ personal information in a secure manner in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.vetshopaustralia.com.au/privacy-policy/). A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
