Terms & Conditions 2024 Surfing Dogs Championships Competition

• Only adults aged 18 years and over, residing in Australia are eligible for entry to VetShopAustralia’s Vote For Your Favourite Team in the 2024 Surfing Dog Championships competition.
  
  
• The promoter of the competition is VetShopAustralia Pty Ltd ABN 93 106 944 030 residing at Unit 5 / 42 Owen Creek Road.
  
  
• The competition is applicable to people who complete the Pick The Winner form https://www.vetshopaustralia.com.au/2024-surfing-dog-championships-pick-the-winnerr
  
  
• First place prize is 1 x FCS Spruce Goose SUP (Valued at $749.95), a Paddle, an FCS Dog Leash (Valued at $39.95), an FCS Dog Bowl (Valued at $44.95), a ZippyPaws Doggy Life Jacket (Valued at $53.83) and 12 month supply of Simparica Trio (Valued at $248.71). Total value of the first place prize is $1137.39.
  
  
• Second place prize will be a 12 month supply of Simparica Trio (valued up to $248.71) PLUS a $200 VetShopAustralia gift card valid until March 2025. Gift card code must be quoted at checkout and must be used on a single purchase and can not be used in conjunction with another VetShopAustralia coupon code.
  
  
• Third place prize will be a 6 month supply of Simparica Trio (valued up to $126.23) PLUS a $100 VetShopAustralia gift card valid until March 2025. • Winners will be picked at random and announced on VetShopAustralia’s Facebook Page and/or Surfing Dog Championships event page.
  
  
• Only entries submitted on VetShopAustralia’s landing page (https://www.vetshopaustralia.com.au/2024-surfing-dog-championships-pick-the-winner) between 21 February 2024 - 9 March 2024 and which otherwise comply with these terms and conditions are eligible for selection.
  
  
• The promoter may exclude any entry or group of entries at its discretion if it forms the view that such entries are not bona fide entries or that any cheating, fraud, sharp, dishonest or socially unacceptable practice was involved in such entries or for any other reason as the promoter sees fit.
• Winners of the above mentioned competition will be notified via their social media accounts or collected email address (whichever available) within 30 days of the draw & the winner(s) will receive the prize within 60 days of announcement. In the event that VetShopAustralia is unable to contact the winner within 30 days to the notification of his/her winning(s), such winning entrant(s) shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her claim to the prize(s) and VetShopAustralia shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant(s) in any way.
  
  
• Prizes are not transferable, refundable nor exchangeable for cash or prizes of other value, unless stipulated by VetShopAustralia.

• By entering VetShopAustralia’s Pick The Winner competition the entrant:

1. Consents to their name being made publicly available on the Promoter's Facebook, Instagram and website pages.
2. Warrants that it has all legal and moral rights to the information it provides to the promoter (including the right to share any photo, video or other media it provides as part of its entry).
3. By entering the Competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use personal information collected to conduct the promotion, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference.

The Promoter will hold an entrants’ personal information in a secure manner in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
